Superior Producer Wreck Dive
The Superior Producer is a cargo ship that sank off Willemstad in 1977 and now stands upright in about 30 metres of water, its decks and mast smothered in colourful coral and sponges.
Just outside the harbour entrance near the Otrobanda waterfront, it is an advanced dive due to depth and occasional current, usually done as a guided boat or shore dive at slack tide. The intact hull, swim-throughs and dense marine growth make it a favourite of experienced divers. It is close enough to base yourself in Willemstad and dive it easily.
Good to know
- Advanced certification recommended due to depth (~30m).
- Dive at slack tide to avoid current.
- Photographers love the coral-covered mast.
