Eighteen boutique rooms in a restored 1892 landmark — linen, oak and brass in the heart of downtown Punda, steps from the painted Handelskade and the Queen Emma Bridge.
Book the official site and pay less than on any platform — always.
One of Punda's registered heritage houses, re-composed room by room.
Steps to the painted Handelskade, two minutes to the Queen Emma Bridge.
Specialty coffee under our arches — 4.7★ on Google, first espresso at 8am.
Eighteen rooms across seven tiers, each composed individually inside the monument — from the cozy Standard Boutique to the Signature Balcony over the main street.
Rooms 201, 202 and 203 are the finest in the house — each with a private balcony stepping out above Punda's main street, premium placement, historic charm and elegant boutique comfort.
Lime-washed walls, woven fiber, raw wood and majolica tile — the interior language of the restored monument, room by room. Tap any frame to open it full-screen.
The building began as a Punda merchant property in 1892 and has carried the quarter's history ever since — registered a protected monument in 1962, inscribed within UNESCO's Historic Willemstad in 1997.
Our restoration treats every inch as a single object: lime-washed walls, oak and woven fiber, sheer linen that breathes with the trade winds, and the brass crest glowing quietly over the lobby. Not a renovation — a re-composition.
The date medallion in the gable — the year the house rose on Breedestraat.
Two stacked rows of white arches — the upstairs loggia our balcony rooms open onto.
Mineral pigment in lime plaster, as Willemstad's monument rules have required since 1817.
Merchant property erected in the Punda quarter.
Third floor added — the soaring loft ceilings.
Registered as a protected monument of Curaçao.
Historic Willemstad inscribed by UNESCO.
The re-composition begins, room by room.
Eighteen rooms, Van Gogh coffee downstairs, doors open.
Boutique does not mean going without. Every room is individually composed inside the monument with the essentials done properly — and a few things you will not find next door.
Silent split A/C in every room, with a ceiling fan in several — plus trade-wind cross-ventilation through the old sash windows.
Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the house and the café — strong enough to work the morning away downstairs.
Walk-in rain showers with solid brass fixtures, majolica-tiled baths and organic mirrors — the bathrooms are a room of their own.
A 4.7-star specialty coffee bar on the ground floor — your first espresso is two flights away, opening at 8am.
Airport pickup arranged on request, complimentary luggage hold before check-in and after check-out, and a 24-hour concierge line.
Lime-washed walls, exposed beams, oak and woven fibre — a registered heritage house, re-composed room by room rather than renovated.
