The freshest comes from the Floating Market and waterfront fish stalls, and from restaurants on the west coast near the fishing villages of Westpunt and Lagun. In town, you will find fish "stoba," grilled whole snapper and ceviche-style preparations. A clifftop lunch at Playa Forti with the catch of the day is a west-coast classic.
